Prenatal yoga helps you take care of yourself, bond with your baby and learn breathing techniques the help you throughout the labour process - and daily life!
We offer this class as a pre-registered 6 weeks series, giving you a chance to actually get to know the women you are practicing and creating with.
Upcoming series: Sunday, January 6, 13, 20, 27, February 3, 10. 1:30-3pm. Limited to 12 participants.
Show up as you are, mama. Classes are open to pregnant women at all stages of pregnancy. Classes lead by Megan Clyne, an experienced prenatal yoga teacher. No experience required to join. If you have questions or concerns, please send us an email email@example.com or call the studio at 778.484.2255

Show up as you are, mama. No experience required. Nursing, bottle feeding, diapering, crying, giggling and everything else that comes with a new babe is welcome and expected
