Do you have chronic shoulder, neck, joint or back pain?  Join Susinn for this six week series that will help you move freely without the frustration of pain. 
 
The Feldenkrais method uses gentle movement and directed attention to help you increase your ease and range of motion, improve your flexibility and coordination, and discover your innate capacity for graceful, efficient movement. The classes are called ‘Awareness Through Movement’ and are suitable for all fitness levels.
 
You will perform better and enjoy everyday things more, such as walking, yoga, swimming. Did you know that being completely pain free is our natural state and can be your natural way of being.

Feldenkrais classes will give you SELF IMPROVEMENT THROUGH MOVEMENT!

This is a pre-registered series, limited to 12 people.
 

Mom & Baby Yoga

Tuesdays from 10:30am-12:00am. Class is 1 hour yoga, 30 minutes of connecting with fellow mamas.

Home with a new babe? Bring your sweet babe to Tandava Yoga and treat yourself to a yoga class in the company of other new mamas. Classes are lead by an experienced yoga instructor, Megan Clyne. Yoga can be a great way to begin safely strengthening, stretching and taking care of the body and mind post pregnancy. Our intention is to provide a safe space for new mamas to connect and find community.

Show up as you are, mama. No experience required. Nursing, bottle feeding, diapering, crying, giggling and everything else that comes with a new babe is welcome and expected.

We ask that only pre-crawling babies attend. Women who are post-partum are recommended to receive clearance from their health care provider for exercise before participating.

Mandala Mamas: Prenatal Yoga

Oct 2 - Oct 3      5:30 pm to 7 pm

This 6 week yoga series helps you connect with other mamas and stay active during all stages of your pregnancy. Classes are crafted to strengthen the muscles you will use in labour as well as release the stiff and sore areas caused by pregnancy's changing levels of mobility. Rest and relaxation is guaranteed.

Prenatal yoga helps you take care of yourself, bond with your baby and learn breathing techniques the help you throughout the labour process - and daily life!

We offer this class as a pre-registered 6 weeks series, giving you a chance to actually get to know the women you are practicing and creating with.

Show up as you are, mama. Classes are open to pregnant women at all stages of pregnancy. Classes lead by Megan Clyne, an experienced prenatal yoga teacher. No experience required to join.
