Mandala Mamas: Prenatal Yoga

This 6 week yoga series helps you connect with other mamas and stay active during all stages of your pregnancy. Classes are crafted to strengthen the muscles you will use in labour as well as release the stiff and sore areas caused by pregnancy's changing levels of mobility. Rest and relaxation is guaranteed.

Prenatal yoga helps you take care of yourself, bond with your baby and learn breathing techniques the help you throughout the labour process - and daily life!

We offer this class as a pre-registered 6 weeks series, giving you a chance to actually get to know the women you are practicing and creating with.

Upcoming series: Sunday, February 17, *(no class Feb 24) March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31. 1:30-3pm. Limited to 12 participants.

Home with a new babe? Bring your sweet babe to Tandava Yoga and treat yourself to a yoga class in the company of other new mamas. Classes are lead by an experienced yoga instructor, Megan Clyne. Yoga can be a great way to begin safely strengthening, stretching and taking care of the body and mind post pregnancy. Our intention is to provide a safe space for new mamas to connect and find community.

Show up as you are, mama. No experience required. Nursing, bottle feeding, diapering, crying, giggling and everything else that comes with a new babe is welcome and expected

Yoga+Massage: 4 Week Series

Release tension and elevate your curiosity through intentional exploration and hands on assists!

A customized blend of hatha and yin yoga with massage, breath work, and mindfulness tools.


Holding space for you to compassionately acknowledge and sit with patterns - physical, mental, and emotional.


Body as guide. Breath as fuel. All levels of experience welcome. Yoga mats and props provided.

Kristen Wilson is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She is trained in hatha, yin, vinyasa, prenatal, meditation, yoga nidra, and touch. Kristen is currently pursuing her Register Massage Therapy Diploma at OVCMT in Vernon. Through yoga and massage, Kristen invites you to inhabit your reality with elevated curiosity. To tune in - physically, mentally, emotionally. Her approach? Intentional exploration. Breath, alignment, and touch drawing attention to your tension. Challenging comfort and encouraging depth. Holding space for receptivity.
