In this four-week series aimed at ALL LEVELS, we will work through sequences at a slowed down pace to allow deepening your overall understanding of how yoga works. With alignment in the body, awareness through the breath and stillness of the mind, we will explore key postures of Sattva and Vinyasa Flow in detail with the use of props and adjustments. You will gain strength and flexibility while tapping into the wisdom that you already have.
