Home with a new babe? Bring your sweet babe to Tandava Yoga and treat yourself to a yoga class in the company of other new mamas. Classes are lead by an experienced yoga instructor, Megan Clyne. Yoga can be a great way to begin safely strengthening, stretching and taking care of the body and mind post pregnancy. Our intention is to provide a safe space for new mamas to connect and find community.
