For many, meditation is something Buddhist monks do on the path toward enlightenment. Unfortunately, this image is limited and misleading. In actuality, meditation is a skill just like riding a bike or cooking. The more you do it, the better you get at it and, when practiced, the benefits of meditation are really quite profound.

These workshops will guide you through starting a meditation practice and includes an extensive meditation resource list.
