How do I get to the studio?

Enter through the big double doors on the east side of the building. Either take the stairs behind the first door to your right, or the elevator to your left up to the 3rd floor. Our door is the first one on the right hand side of the hall. 

What do I bring with me?

Doors are locked while we practice which means all your stuff is safe! Please bring or wear comfortable clothes to practice in, and a water bottle. Please ensure your phone is on silent. You can bring a mat and props from home if you'd like. 

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued for events and workshops with 48 hours notice prior to the event. In the event of family or personal tragedy refunds may be issued irregardless of notice. 

There are no refunds for 10 class packages, drop ins, or monthly memberships - exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances.

Is this hot yoga?

No. We are an accessible and safe room temperature practice. 

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?

Not at all. Yoga is about taking the time to get to know our bodies better, to gently open and strengthen our bodies and to calm the nervous system. Our teachers can help you find modifications if a posture feels "out of reach" for you.
After practicing regularly you may notice an increase in your mobility/flexibility, however every body is different, and becoming more flexible isn't the only metric to measure results from your yoga practice.
